Privacy Policy

How DISHROW collects, uses, and protects information.

This Privacy Policy describes how CyberGuardX, LLC, doing business as DISHROW ("DISHROW," "we," "us," or "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company located at 30 North Gould Street, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the DISHROW restaurant management software ("Service").

1. Information We Collect

Account information: name, email, phone, and business/restaurant name provided when you sign up or request a demo.

Restaurant operational data: the data you and your staff enter into DISHROW to run the Service, including sales, invoices, inventory, menu and recipe data, schedules, clocked hours, and pay rates. This may include limited personal information about your employees, such as names, contact details, and hourly wage data, which you control as the restaurant operator.

Payment information: billing details are collected and processed by our payment processor, Stripe. DISHROW does not store your full card number.

Usage data: standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically when you use our website or the Service.

2. How We Use Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • To process billing and payments
  • To communicate with you about your account, updates, or support requests
  • To respond to demo requests and inquiries
  • To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues
  • To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your data or your restaurant's operational data to third parties, and we do not use your restaurant's data to train models shared with other customers.

3. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to operate the Service: with our hosting provider to store and run the Service, with Stripe to process payments, and with service providers who help us operate (such as email delivery). We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of DISHROW or others.

4. Data Isolation & Security

Each restaurant's operational data is stored in a database isolated from other customers. We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, role-based access controls, rate-limited logins, and regular backups. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and operational data for as long as your subscription is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized in the ordinary course, subject to backup retention cycles.

6. Your Choices & Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information by emailing hello@dishrow.com. If you're a restaurant operator, you're responsible for managing your own employees' data within the Service and for responding to any data requests from your employees, since you control that data as the business operator; we'll support you in fulfilling those requests where technically possible.

7. Cookies

Our website may use cookies or similar technologies for basic functionality and to understand site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business use by restaurant operators and their staff, and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll provide reasonable notice, such as by email or an in-app notice.

10. Contact Us
